Adsense And Affiliate Email Marketing: Which Comes First?

In our haste to earn as much as possible and as fast as possible from the internet when we are first introduced to the possibility that we could actually make some money in this field of internet marketing, we tend to rush headlong into things. The potential is so great, we are told. All it takes is a bit of effort, spend some money (a minimal amount, really, compared with what a lot of us lose in the stockmarket) on some hyped-up internet marketing course, learn the ropes and voila, you got it made.
There are so many fields in internet marketing to choose from. The following two are only just two of a few major fields. One can concentrate on one type, or try both at the same time. It depends on your time and degree of interest. Generally it is advised that you concentrate on one type, get all you can out of it, and then, when everything is rock steady i.e. when the dough comes rolling in, look at the other opportunities out there. Focus. The idea is to focus on only one first.
Google Adsense advertisements.
Affiliate marketing (either directly channelled from your PPC ads to your affiliate merchant, or from your PPC ads to your landing page which may be a standalone, or exist as part and parcel of your website, or directly from posts and recommendations or advertisements in your website). What is very important is this: that you must have an opt-in area so that the reader can register his email with you in return for a freebie you are going to give him + the promise of further information that he may be interested in.
So which can you start off with first?
It is generally believed that making money from Google adsense ads is easier and faster, and demands less skill and selling. You create your blog or website, fill it with all kinds of interesting stuff, pepper it with Google ads, and try to get traffic to your site, and earn from adsense when they click your ads. This is where it gets more difficult. Getting traffic to your site, especially targetted traffic that will click on your targetted ads is a whole new ball game. It demands a great deal of skill there. You could get a lot of traffic from social media, but this is usually not targetted traffic, not constant, and the value of the clicks is less. The other major way to get traffic is via search engine optimization. This is a complicated field where your website is optimized to the extent that the search engines recognise your authority in the field that your website is in and put you on the front page of search engine results. This is where targetted searchers will end up when they search for specific keywords, see your site, visit it, and click your site to death (hopefully!).
The second way to earn your internet money is to go into affiliate marketing. This technique seems to be ultimately recognised more and more by most internet marketers as the only way to earn a good long term income, slow though it may be to develop. As stressed earlier, you must build an email list of people who have shown some interest in what you offer, and by constantly and regularly emailing to them useful tips and tools, you can ultimately develop a relationship with them so that they trust you and your recommendations. This is when you can sell to them, not just once, but several times, different products that you have affiliated for. This is what an internet marketer would normally refer to as affiliate email marketing, marketing to a responsive, targetted, specific captive market. This is the stuff of dreams.

Thanks for the good info…:)
Making money with Adsense it’s becoming harder and harder. Couple of years ago, Adsense program was really hot
Nowdays, affiliate earnings are much more rewarding. More and more publishers go into CPA networks everyday. Adsense is paying penny per clicks .. Too bad .. I actually enjoyed it while it lasted.
